Happy Halloween, USC Upstate! Tonight's the night, but if you don't have plans, there's no need for fright.
Here's a rundown of some local Halloween events happening this evening for families and adults.
Family-friendly frights and truck-or-treats
FRIGHTyard @ Fr8yard
This event featuring live music, horror movies on their big screen, face painting and more begins at 4 p.m. and ends at closing.
Halloween Health Fair
This event at Dr. T.K. Gregg Community Center (650 Howard St.) from 5-8 pm offers education on local health services, a costume contest and free candy.

Halloween at Habitat Spartanburg (2270 S. Pine St., Spartanburg) from 4:30-7pm
Rituals Salon and Spa (777 John B. White Sr. Blvd.) from 3-6 pm
iGrin Pediatric Dentistry of Boiling Springs (1860 Old Furnace Rd, Boiling Springs) from 3-6pm
Gaffney Halloween Candy and Craft Bags at Cherokee County Public Library (300 E Rutledge Ave, Gaffney) from 3-7pm
Adults-only Halloween Parties
Phrozen Phrights Halloween Party at 300 Southport Rd. from 10 p.m.- 2 a.m.
Nightmare at Upstate (511 Bryant Rd.) a Halloween Party featuring DJ Sticky from 10 p.m. -2 a. m.
No Bones About It: A LIVE Halloween-Themed Improv Comedy Show! at Habit Beverage Lounge (1802 Drayton Road, Drayton) from 7:30- 9 p.m.
sQream 2! sKary Hours at 1441 Union St, 1441 Union St., Spartanburg from 10 p.m.- 2 a.m.
